Our Services +

At Almighty Home Health, we’re here to support you with a wide range of in-home care services designed to meet your unique needs. Whether you’re recovering from an illness, managing a chronic condition, or simply need a helping hand, our skilled and compassionate team is ready to help—right where you’re most comfortable: at home.

Skilled Nursing Services

Service begins with an immediate patient evaluation by one of our RNs. The nurse develops a care plan and then explains our procedures to the patient and family members/caregivers who are the participants in the wellness process. Education will begin in areas like medication management, weight measurement, diabetic control, wound management, and lab services. These will be fully explained, and all queries answered.

Physical Therapy

AHHS (Almighty Home Health Services) provides a broad spectrum of physical therapy programs. These programs begin with a detailed functional evaluation. In orthopedic post-operative conditions, physical therapy begins within 24 hours of surgery. We are also specialized in orthopedic manual therapy, MFR techniques, functional exercise programs, spinal stabilization, and other strengthening plans. Our licensed doctors of physical therapists are specialized in treating injuries resulting from falls, joint replacement surgeries, or stroke-related disabilities. Moreover, cardiopulmonary rehab and various other comorbid conditions, which restrict patients in their normal day-to-day activities, are handled with special emphasis on total body recovery. Our goal is to assist the patient in recouping their normal life.

Occupational Therapy

Occupational therapists focus on upper-body function. Normal tasks done on a day-to-day basis can be long delayed by serious illnesses, and our first goal is to help restore the patient's ability to do these tasks on their own. Some can return to prior levels of functioning, and some are given alternatives to help overcome serious or permanent blockage to total recovery.

Adults who have been active in their community are encouraged to rejoin their social groups to help with recovery. Others with more serious physical and mental conditions are helped with the necessary skills to cope in more supported environments.

Speech Therapy

Speech-Language Pathologists play an important role in working with the aging population. SLPs provide services to these individuals who have communication, cognitive, or swallowing impairments following illness, trauma, or disease. Promoting a healthy lifestyle and educating patients on the prevention of stroke and other disorders that lead to impairment is part of our complex set of therapies that help to restore function. Prevention of aspiration pneumonia and its related complex hospitalization is one of SLP’s primary tasks.

Medical Social Workers

Our medical social worker's team is available 24/7 to furnish information to the patients and their families, and to provide psychological support during the recovery process. The team aims to achieve optimal well-being.
